About the Project
Based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Simia designs and facilitates training in psychological safety, trust, systems dynamics and organisational culture, working from real business challenges rather than abstract case studies. Their programmes have reached over 3,500 leaders across the ASEAN region, and they're certified facilitators of the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, alongside running the Simia Social Fund, a social impact initiative supporting women-led businesses.
On the Aneris side, we handle their web design and ongoing site maintenance, provide marketing consultation as their programmes and audience evolve, develop custom WordPress plugins for their specific workflow needs, and produce printed marketing materials to support training weeks and in-person sessions. It's a relationship that's grown into a genuine extension of their team, moving quickly on new requests while consulting closely on the best way forward.
